Samiya Ahmad is a partner at Zayouna Law Firm.
For the first half of her career since passing the Bar, her practice had almost exclusively been dedicated to representing injured parties involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability incidents, and sexual/criminal assault matters. In the latter half, Samiya has expanded her practice to include employment matters, Human Rights complaints, and a vast array of litigation matters including breach of contract, torts, commercial disputes, mortgage enforcement, product liability, defamation/libel, consumer protection claims, and real estate and construction disputes.
She has conducted countless mediations, case conferences, pre-hearings, hearings, and arbitration proceedings, and regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice.
