and to do that every day with wisdom, integrity, humility, empathy and a little humor. In his new role as head of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at Zayouna Law Firm, he is able to do just that and much more.

While his practice is focused primarily on Real Property (i.e. land-based disputes) and Product Law, he also deals with general commercial litigation disputes and cross-border issues.

He has had the privilege of counseling clients of all sizes and from a wide variety of industries, especially those in the real estate, development and construction industry, on various corporate, property, construction, insurance, product liability, and insolvency/restructuring issues.

His clients often contact him before litigation has begun, when they get a threatening letter or sense that the deal is not going the way they expected. He also has clients that contact him to advise them on contracts that they have already signed. They know that he will be able to use his experience, in both the business and legal world, to try and find a solution or broker a deal that will avoid a lengthy dispute.
