Arvinder is an experienced paralegal with over 22 years of experience in the field
Armed with a Law Clerk Diploma from Humber College and a Paralegal Diploma (Honours) from Algonquin Careers Academy, she has honed her expertise through hands-on experience in various Toronto Personal Injury firms.
At Zayouna Law Firm, Arvinder serves as a law clerk and licensed paralegal, collaborating closely with Mr. Joseph Zayouna, the managing partner. Her work revolves around providing comprehensive support on a multitude of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and slip and falls. From file opening to hearing/trial, Arvinder handles Tort and Accident Benefits claims with precision and dedication.
Her responsibilities span a wide spectrum, from briefing files and preparing file review memorandums to arranging medical assessments for catastrophically injured clients. Arvinder is adept at liaising with case managers and occupational therapists to ensure thorough assessment and progress on files. Her expertise extends to drafting legal documents such as Statements of Claim, Affidavit of Documents, Motion Records, and Trial Records, among others.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Arvinder is driven by a deep-seated passion to advocate for injured clients and achieve optimal results on their behalf. This commitment has been the cornerstone of her enduring success in the field.
Outside the office, Arvinder finds joy exploring new destinations, cheering on her daughters at hockey games, and crafting traditional meals. Additionally, she generously volunteers her time at numerous hockey tournaments, playing an active role in her community and championing girls’ ice hockey teams.
With a wealth of experience, a passion for justice, and a commitment to community involvement, Arvinder continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of personal injury law.
