With years of experience assisting personal injury clients, she ensures each person feels supported and understood throughout the process. She does this by acting as a liaison between the client and the lawyer and team working on the file, helping to keep communication clear and consistent at every stage.
In addition to her client-facing work, Leticia contributes meaningfully to the firm’s business development efforts. She supports growth by fostering strong relationships with clients and engaging with different organizations and communities, identifying new opportunities, and helping to maintain the firm’s reputation for excellent service and community connection.
